Although Los Blancos are considered the Reds’ most fierce rivals in the battle to secure the midfielder, Marca believe the side will not be prepared to table the reported asking price.
As a result, this leaves Jurgen Klopp’s team in pole position, ahead of a likely departure in the summer for the youngster.

Despite Madrid’s seemingly endless finances, the La Liga outfit are not willing to spend the reported £130m on acquiring Bellingham.
