Liverpool are impressed with multiple players from Premier League rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers.
That’s according to the Liverpool Echo. who claim that Liverpool like ‘a number’ of players from the club.
It’s claimed that there are in fact ‘plenty of admirers’ amongst the Reds staff for some of Bruno Lage’s squad.
Liverpool have done business with Wolves in the past, bringing in Diogo Jota for £45m in 2020. According to this report, they’d be keen to do similar dealings in the future.

Liverpool looking to Wolves for inspiration
This is an interesting little piece of information which could lend some clues in Liverpool’s search for a midfielder.
Ruben Neves is the most obvious answer here. Liverpool have been linked with the Portuguese playmaker sporadically over the years. Those rumours have intensified over recent days as The Reds look to make a late signing.
But he’s not the only player of interest at Molineux.
Matheus Nunes is a player who many felt Liverpool should make a move for this summer. In the end, he joined his countryman Neves at Wolves, but that doesn’t mean The Reds interest will end there.

With Liverpool staff keeping a close eye on his new club, perhaps a move for Nunes could be on the cards next summer.
Beyond the midfield, Pedro Neto is potential superstar in the making, while, Max Killman looks promising in defence. Hwang Hee-Chan is another player who has been said to be of interest to Liverpool in the past.
As Wolves have so many Portuguese players on the books, it’s perhaps no surprise to hear of Liverpool’s admiration. The Reds have plenty of links to Portugal themselves and have been heavily scouting the country recently.
With this nugget of info in the back pocket, maybe it’s worth keeping a close watch of goings on at Molineux this season.
