Conor Bradley says Luis Diaz is ‘electric’ in training as he explains just how difficult it is to mark the Liverpool winger. Diaz continues to leave an impression on everyone.
Conor Bradley is enjoying his start to life with Bolton Wanderers. The 19-year-old is on loan there and wasted little time in announcing himself.
The hope for Bradley will be to establish himself with senior experience and return to Liverpool next summer. It’s a very tall order, of course, but he knows what he’s up against.
After all, Bradley has trained with Liverpool’s first-team plenty and played some senior games over the last year. The players you’re up against are ‘world-class’ he tells the Liverpool Echo.
One example is Luis Diaz, who Bradley says is simply ‘electric’ in training.
“You’re playing against some world-class players day in, day out,” says Bradley. “Luis Diaz is just electric. You can just never guess which way he’s going to go.
“He can go both ways and always has a bit of magic up his sleeve.”
Luis Diaz impresses in training
Just about everyone who has been asked about Diaz has had something incredibly impressive to say. The Colombian appears to leave a positive impression on everyone he comes across.

And so these comments are hardly a surprise. Watching Diaz in a match situation shows off how difficult he must be in training – his trickery troubles everyone.
It’s also nice to see that Bradley understands what he’s up against when it comes to Liverpool. He’ll still dream of making it, of course, and he’s undoubtedly got the talent to make it.
Hopefully, things can click together for him at Bolton and jumpstart his career at a senior level. His battle with Calvin Ramsay for a place in the senior squad has barely begun but it’ll be an interesting one to watch this season.
