Liverpool duo Thiago Alcantara and Diogo Jota were reunited whilst on international duty last night.
The two players shared a joke on the touchline before Spain played Portugal in the Nations League fixture.
Although both were named in their respective squads, neither Liverpool player were involved for their countries last night.
Thiago will play no part in Spain’s fixtures after picking up a muscle injury in his leg. Jota meanwhile was presumably being rested having joined up with the squad late following the Champions League final.

The game finished 1-1 with goals from Alvaro Morata and Ricardo Horta.
Kostas vs Conor in Belfast
Elsewhere during the international fixtures, Conor Bradley and Kostas Tsimikas came up against each other in Belfast.
Playing right-back and left-back respectively, the two were in direct competition with one another.
Bradley left his mark with a challenge on his Liverpool colleague early on, but was withdrawn after 62 minutes. It’s more good experience for the 18-year-old though.

Last night was his sixth cap for Northern Ireland, one more game than he’s managed for Liverpool.
Tsimikas played the full 90 minutes for Greece, who won 1-0 thanks to a goal from Anastasios Bakasetas.
Fabinho back in action
The other red involved last night was Fabinho. Having returned late to the Brazil camp along with Alisson Becker and Real Madrid’s Champions League winners, the 28-year-old started on the bench against South Korea in Seoul.

By the time he replaced Casemiro in the 71st minute, Brazil were already 3-1 up. They eventually ran out 5-1 winners, with Liverpool old-boy Philippe Coutinho one of those on the scoresheet.
Alisson wasn’t needed from the bench as 34-year-old Weverton kept goal for the South Americans.
Virgil Van Dijk is the only Liverpool player who could be in action tonight as Holland take on Belgium in Brussels.
