Liverpool are in continuing to talk to Fulham over the future of Welsh right-back Neco Williams.
That’s according to 90min. They claim that the Championship cub are ‘keen’ to keep the Liverpool man around next season.
Fulham are reportedly working to secure another loan deal for Williams. However it’s claimed that The Reds have ‘not yet agreed’ to the potential move.
Williams has been in fine form for Fulham, so the suggestion that they’d like to keep him comes as no surprise.

Williams proving his quality
It seems strange that Fulham are reportedly looking for another loan deal for Williams. With promotion to the Premier League looking likely, they should have some money to spend this summer.
The West Londoners were already well on their way with a promotion push by the time Williams arrived in January. Nevertheless, the 20-year-old has slotted in as a key part of their defence.
He has managed two goals and two assists in ten games. Not a bad return at all.
Fulham boss Marco Silva has been praising his performances, too. As per the report from 90min, Silva called him ‘fantastic’ while discussing the player’s future recently.
Liverpool name their price
Journalist David Lynch recently claimed that Liverpool would be willing to let Williams go for around £10m this summer.

Considering that he has proven quality, has played Premier League football already and has 18 caps for Wales, that seems a fair price.
Williams could be one of the players who Liverpool will be looking to sell to bolster their transfer kitty. As Trent Alexander-Arnold is well ahead of him in the pecking order for Jurgen Klopp, another loan doesn’t really make sense for Liverpool.
That is, unless, he goes on to have a great season in the Premier League and doubles his asking price. Neco has come on leaps and bounds in the last few years so this does still remain a possibilty.
