Liverpool should go all out to sign Jude Bellingham

Liverpool are in need of a midfielder. The Reds lost a key member of the set up over the summer and we should be looking for a replacement. FSG like to buy young players whose value will increase over time. Therefore there’s one man we should have our sights set on. Liverpool should go all out to sign Jude Bellingham.

Midfield looking light

Whilst on paper the Liverpool midfield may look bloated we aren’t so certain.

Sure, there’s a number of players on the books but a few of them have pretty questionable injury records.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain’s Anfield stay got off to a flyer before a knee injury derailed his career.

Naby Keita has also struggled for consistency due to persistent fitness issues.

Meanwhile Jordan Henderson’s injury woes are seeming to become more frequent.

Scotland 1-0 Moldova: Billy Gilmour shines again but questions remain ahead of Vienna trip

Losing Gini Wijnaldum on a free transfer to PSG meant losing our most reliable man in the middle, the Dutchman rarely missed a game.

We need to replace that reliability.

Liverpool should go all out for Jude Bellingham

Despite only turning 18-years-old in June, Jude Bellingham is one of the most exciting midfielders on the planet.

The teenager, who has made no secret of his admiration for Steven Gerrard, is an undroppable member of the Borussia Dortmund lineup.

Eurosport has previously claimed Liverpool hold an interest in Jude Bellingham but the Bundesliga side would want about £100m for him.

At his young age he already has a wealth of first team experience and the world is at his feet.

He is the ideal FSG signing: he is young, full of potential and his value will likely increase during his time at Anfield.

Furthermore, he would relish the opportunity to emulate his hero Steven Gerrard.

This should be a no brainer, Liverpool should go all out to sign Jude Bellingham and secure our midfield for another decade.
