Liverpool lineup against Chelsea this weekend with the Reds determined to maintain their strong start to the season. Both sides have identical records from their opening two games, someone’s 100% start has to go. Here is our predicted Liverpool lineup to face Chelsea:

Goalkeeper: Alisson Becker
The Brazilian has kept back to back clean sheets, he’ll be looking to reclaim his Golden Glove.
Right back: Trent Alexander-Arnold
The Scouser in our team has started the campaign in sensational form, he’ll show us why he’s better than Reece James.
Centre back: Virgil van Dijk
The Dutchman will have a task on his hands keeping Romelu Lukaku at bay but we’re confident he will.
Centre back: Joel Matip
The Reds’ most memed player will need to be on the top of his game against one of the world’s best.
Left back: Andy Robertson
The Scotland captain returns to the fold after an injury lay off, he’ll have James pegged back.
Defensive midfield: Fabinho
The Lighthouse is a major question mark, we’re hoping he’s up to playing – if not it would be totally understandable.
Centre midfield: Jordan Henderson
The skipper lines up alongside Thiago Alcantara and Fabinho to create the best midfield we’ve seen during the Jürgen Klopp era.
Centre midfield: Thiago
Thiago broke the record for passes completed in one half when he debuted for the Reds against Chelsea last season, we’ll be expecting similar dominance this weekend.
Right wing: Mo Salah
The Egyptian King put in another strong performance last weekend but he didn’t get his goal, that’ll put some fire in his belly.
Left wing: Sadio Mane
Sadio fired home from close range after Trent Alexander-Arnold’s cute pass last weekend. Another goal wouldn’t go amiss.
Striker: Diogo Jota
The Portugal forward just keeps scoring so he just keeps starting.
