Liverpool are in need of increased depth and competition in the forward line. The Reds have been linked with plenty of players over the summer but as of yet there’s been no movement. According to 90Min, Liverpool are considering a move for Adama Traore.
Adama Traore profile
Adama Traore came through the youth ranks at Barcelona.
Having impressed at La Masia he went on to make just the one senior appearance for the Spanish giants before he was snapped up by Aston Villa in 2015.
After just one season with the Villains he signed for Middlesbrough where he was a hit, in the 2017/18 season he collected 14 Man of the Match awards.
An explosive winger with keen dribbling ability and pace to burn there’s a feeling that if he sharpens up his end product he could be a world class player.
Liverpool want Adama Traore
The Reds have been persistently linked with the Spanish wide man.
The links just won’t go away with 90Min reporting this week that Liverpool are still keen on signing Adama Traore.
According to the outlet the Reds are determined to bolster their ranks up top and the Wolves winger is a potential signing.
Wolves are allegedly holding out for £40m but Michael Edwards is said to be hopeful of striking a deal for a lower fee.
