Liverpool are in need of reinforcements but the Reds need to sell of fringe players first. We have seen a number of players moved on already. However, a few are struggling to secure a move away. Some Liverpool fans are furious that Divock Origi is being valued at £20m.
Liverpool ins and outs
The Reds are in need of signings but that means sales first.
We’ve only made one big signing in Ibrahima Konate but the club has sold a number of players already.
Porto snapped up Marko Grujic on a loan with obligation to buy deal.
Meanwhile Harry Wilson has joined Fulham following a series of loan moves.
Taiwo Awoniyi has been sold to Union Berlin and Liam Millar has joined Basel.
Problems with Divock Origi
This summer should surely see the end of Divock Origi at Anfield.
The mercurial Belgian has established himself as a club legend during his time on Merseyside.
For some reason he just kept scoring massive goals for us, giving the fans some iconic moments.
However, he has failed to provide effective cover or competition for the front three.
As a result, fans are expecting him to be sold and replaced.
However, his sale could prove complicated. The Mirror has reported that Wolves want Divock Origi but the Reds’ £20m valuation could be an issue.
Fans are livid that the club are seemingly pricing Divock out of a move.
The Belgian needs to be sold so why are we wasting time?
