Liverpool summer sale

We’ve already brought in a decent amount in transfer funds.

Marko Grujic has signed for Porto following a successful loan spell there.

Meanwhile, Harry Wilson has joined Fulham, ending a sequence of temporary moves around the country.

Taiwo Awoniyi has signed for Union Berlin having never made a competitive appearance for Liverpool.

Furthermore, Liam Millar has been sold to Basel in Switzerland.

Despite the number of sales which have been made, we still need to cash in on a few remaining stars.

Wolves want Divock Origi

Jürgen Klopp described Divock Origi as a ‘club legend’ for his massive contributions.

The Belgian striker has scored some of our most important and most memorable goals in recent memory.

However, he’s failed to provide competition for the front line and it appears as though his time is up.

The Mirror has reported that the striker is one of a number of players the Reds are intent on moving on.

Wolves are said to be interested in Divock Origi with Napoli also monitoring the forward.

The Athletic previously reported that Liverpool value Origi at around £20m.

What RTK has to say

There’s no doubting that Big Div is a club icon.

He has given us some of the best moments of our lives.

However, if we want to move forward as a club and he as a player then we need to move him on.

The striker needs to be a regular starter somewhere and we need the cash to replace him.

Fingers crossed he does head to Wolves where he can strike up a partnership with Raul Jimenez.
