Liverpool always want to sign the right player at the right time. Michael Edwards and co are ones for opportunistic moves. Should a certain transfer not materialise this summer then we could be onto a winner next year. Reported Liverpool target Eduardo Camavinga is allegedly open to a free transfer next summer.
Who is Eduardo Camavinga?
18-year-old centre midfielder Eduardo Camavinga has been a mainstay of the Rennes starting XI for two years now, he made his professional debut at just 16-years-old.

For instance, last year he became the youngest scorer for the French national team in over a century.
Adept at winning possession and using it well, there is a host of top sides courting his signature.
Liverpool target Eduardo Camavinga could leave free
This summer sees the French wonderkid enter the final year of his deal with Rennes.
As it stands there is no extension in the offing due to the mounting interest in the youngster’s services.
The Express previously reported that Liverpool want Eduardo Camavinga, along with the likes of Manchester United.
The player is thought to be relaxed about his future and is open to simply leaving on a free next summer. Fabrizio Romano wrote in his Benchwarmers column:
“Eduardo Camavinga is in no hurry to decide on his next club…
“The player is waiting to see what will happen, but does not rule out leaving as a free agent next summer.”
What RTK has to say
If he’s available for free next summer then Liverpool need to pull out all of the stops to sign Eduardo Camavinga.
He has been dubbed the next Patrick Vieira in some circles.
Nabbing him at just 19-years-old next summer on a free could go down as a legendary piece of business if we can pull it off.
