Liverpool fans can’t wait for the new season to start. The Reds kick off their pre-season programme this week and we will have a number of players returning to the fold. Liverpool fans will be delighted to hear that Trent Alexander-Arnold has declared himself fit enough to play.

Liverpool’s returning stars
Last season the Reds lost large swathes of the squad to injury.
Jürgen Klopp saw scores of players ruled out for varying periods.
Virgil van Dijk was ruled out for the season in October, Joe Gomez suffered the same fate in November.
Meanwhile Thiago, Diogo Jota and Trent Alexander-Arnold were all sidelined at one time or another.
Trent Alexander-Arnold declares self fit
At the end of the season there was heartbreak for the Scouser in our team.
Moments before the end of England’s final warm up game ahead of Euro 2020 our right back picked up an injury.
We were gutted for him, the injury happened so close to the end of the tie and he was ruled out of a major tournament as a result.
Thankfully, Trent Alexander-Arnold is fit to play again, the Evening Standard quote him as saying:
“I feel fit, I feel healthy and I’m back in full training now, so it’s good. It’s good for me.
“I’ve done quite a few sessions with the lads now, I feel fit enough to play. But the decision comes from the manager, the staff and obviously the medical staff, they need to talk and see if it’s worth the risk.”
What RTK has to say
Get in.
We can’t wait to see the Scouser back in action.
It would’ve been terrible to see him miss out on pre-season.
If we want to challenge for the title next term then we’ll need our key players up to speed for the opening day, Trent returning now is vital.
