Liverpool are going to spend the summer focusing on the ins and outs of the first team. Plenty need to be sold and a few need to be signed. However, nailing down key players to new deals is also on the agenda. According to Fabrizio Romano, Liverpool are close to completing a new contract for Alisson.
Liverpool have to sell a raft of fringe players before the start of the season.
Harry Wilson and Marko Grujic are unlikely to stay after a sequence of loan moves.
Whilst Nat Phillips and Neco Williams are thought to be pushing for first team football.
Xherdan Shaqiri and Divock Origi have failed to provide effective cover in recent seasons and so will likely be sold.
Meanwhile, Jürgen Klopp needs a striker and a midfielder to strengthen the side.
Furthermore, new contracts are on the agenda with key starts requiring extensions.

What RTK has to say
Liverpool nailing Alisson down to a long term contract is vital.
He’s not even at his peak yet and he’s already the best goalkeeper in the world.
Keeping him well into his 30s will secure our net for the years to come.
Furthermore, he’ll be a vital tutor for Marcelo Pitaluga.
