Liverpool are going to have to shape up in attack over the summer. The Reds looked figured out and fatigued last season and that needs to change. According to James Pearce, Donyell Malen has his admirers at Liverpool and the Reds have made initial enquiries.

Donyell Malen bio
22-year-old striker Donyell Malen is a star up top for PSV.
The Dutch side snapped the forward up from Arsenal for just £200k in 2017.
Since then he’s gone on to establish himself as one of the hottest properties in Europe.
Last season he netted 19 goals in the Eredivisie and assisted eight.
He also netted five in eight games in the Europa League.
Liverpool admire Donyell Malen
For weeks now the Reds have been linked with the striker.
Reliable journalist James Pearce has corroborated these claims.
Speaking to the The1892RedsPodcast, The Athletic writer said:
“He’s certainly a player that has got his admirers at Liverpool. They have watched him closely.
“Certainly at the moment, it hasn’t gone any further than initial enquiries just to check on his situation.”
What RTK has to say
At least we know there’s been contact.
At the moment it looks as though Borussia Dortmund are our biggest competition for the young striker.
We simply have to strengthen the front line and the Dutchman could be the ideal value option for us.
However, with the Jadon Sancho money behind them we could lose out to the Bundesliga side.
This may need to see Michael Edwards on his best form.
