Liverpool are going to have to find a home for a number of players this summer. The Reds have plenty of exciting youngsters who need vital experience. According to the Lancashire Post, Sepp van den Berg is wanted on loan by five clubs.
Loan moves needed
The Reds boast plenty of exciting youngsters.
The club will have to decide in the coming weeks which youngsters would benefit from regular first team football elsewhere.
Harvey Elliott could be set for another temporary spell away having impressed for Blackburn Rovers this season.
Neco Williams could also be given a loan move but we imagine this would depend on a full back being signed.
Caoimhin Kelleher is another who is tipped to head out on loan this summer following a spate of impressive performances when standing in for Alisson.
Sepp van den Berg wanted on loan
This summer should see another temporary spell away for our Dutch wonderkid.
Sepp van den Berg is wanted on loan by five clubs according to the Lancashire Post. Preston are joined by four unnamed Championship sides.
The Reds already have a deal in place for him to join Preston North End with the Lilywhites having first option on taking him for another term.
However, if other offers come in the player can choose to refuse a return to Deepdale.
Interest in the 19-year-old is understandable, he broke the record for the youngest player to reach 10 Dutch top flight appearances before the Reds signed him.
What RTK has to say
This is good news for the Reds and for Sepp.
Where he ends up will surely depend on what role he’ll be given, how much game time and which position.
The player may prefer to go somewhere he’ll be playing centre back; he was used as a right back by Preston.
