Liverpool youngster Harvey Elliott has spoken out about the love he has for Liverpool fans.
The youngster is hoping to fight for a spot in the Liverpool first team next season after a superb campaign on loan at Blackburn in 2020/21.
His latest comments will do him no harm in his battle to become a Reds regular.
Speaking on the Ranks FC podcast, Elliott has paid a lovely tribute to Liverpool’s fans, calling them the best in the world.
When if there were any other stadiums that he dreams of playing in apart from Anfield, Elliott said: “I don’t think there is. Anfield is my home really. That (playing there) was my main dream growing up.

“Fanbase-wise, it’s the best in the world. To be playing with Liverpool fans around you, there is nothing else that you want more.
“Even being there as a fan and supporting the players and then going onto the pitch and playing in front of them, it’s something I’ve always dreamt of.”
Elliott doing a good job of endearing himself to Reds fans
Despite his youth, Harvey Elliott continues to impress with his attitude towards the game.
Having grown up as a huge Liverpool fan, the 18-year-old clearly loves the club dearly.
Having top-class players playing for the Reds is all the more special when they really love and understand the history of the team. Elliott is on his way to being exactly that.
The youngest player to ever play in the Premier League already impressed fans recently when he got straight to work at Kirkby after his loan spell at Blackburn ended last month.
He also placed a memorial wreath at Hillsborough before playing against Sheffield Wednesday in memory of the 96 Liverpool fans that lost their lives in 1989.
Hopefully, Elliott continues on this path, both on the pitch and off it. If he does so, he will certainly be a top player for Liverpool.
