Liverpool have to sign a striker over the summer. The Reds have been woeful in front of goal this season and that needs to be sorted out. According to a report by 90Min, Liverpool are interested in Lautaro Martinez and have asked Inter to keep them in the loop on his future.

Who is Lautaro Martinez?
23-year-old striker Lautaro Martinez plays up top for Inter Milan.
The Argentine joined the Milanese side from Racing Club in 2018.
A diminutive forward at 5ft 9in tall he can use his low centre of gravity to ghost past players with ease.
The striker has struck up a formidable partnership with Belgian forward Romelu Lukaku, laying on five assists for the ex-Man United man.
This term Martinez has 16 goals in the Italian Serie A.
Liverpool interest in Lautaro Martinez
There is thought to be plenty of interest in Lautaro Martinez.
According to 90min, Liverpool want Lautaro Martinez and have asked Inter Milan to keep them updated on the striker’s future.
The report states that Chelsea and Manchester City are also wanting to be kept in the loop.
Inter are said to be in real financial trouble and as a result the outlet believes that the club could be forced into selling a star forward to make ends meet.
This would apparently see Martinez available for less than £70m.
What RTK has to say
Liverpool signing Lautaro Martinez would be a real statement.
The Argentine is still just 23-years-old, he’s certainly the right age.
He’s also been lauded by Lionel Messi as a ‘spectacular’ player, lofty praise indeed.
Whether or not we can afford him is another matter entirely.
