The Frenchman has been on the Reds’ radar since before his switch to PSG.
During his time in the French capital he has scored an embarrassment of goals.
This term he has 25 goals and seven assists in the league.
One of the best forwards in the world he would be the fantasy signing though his lofty price tag means that we’d likely have to sell a first team star to make it happen.
Patson Daka – Red Bull Salzburg
Current Ability: 6.5/10
Potential Ability: 9/10 (or 4/10)
Salzburger Nachrichten linked Liverpool with a move for Patson Daka recently.
The outlet claimed that the Zambian forward is available for £17m.
Daka has netted a ridiculous amount of goals for Salzburg this term, banging in 24 in 23 games whilst notching five assists along the way.
The last lad to smash that many goals in for Salzburg turned out to be the real deal when he signed for Dortmund.
He could be the steal of the century or the disappointment of the decade, there’s only one way to find out which.
Donyell Malen – PSV Eindhoven
Current Ability: 7/10
Potential Ability: 10/10
The final player to make the initial list is an Arsenal academy graduate.
Voetbal International recently claimed that Liverpool are at the front of the queue to sign Donyell Malen.
The Dutch striker is currently banging them in at PSV, this term he’s scored 17 goals and notched seven assists.
The above report claims that he’s available for around £25m.
At just 22-years-old he has plenty of time to grow, as reported Liverpool striker targets go he could well be the best of the bunch when it comes to suitability.
He fits the age profile the club appreciates, he wouldn’t cost a king’s ransom and he’s already scoring bags of goals in a respected league.
Malen could be the one for Liverpool.
