Another year, another loan for Harry Wilson.

The 24-year-old winger has plenty of talent but he came through the ranks at a time when our wide players are the best in the world.

As a result the youngster has spent time on loan at Derby County, Bournemouth and now Cardiff City.

The winger has scored four and assisted nine for the Bluebirds this season.

This week saw the start of the World Cup qualifiers.

Wales began their campaign with a trip to Belgium.

The visitors started the game brightly with Harry Wilson netting a superb goal for Wales.

The Reds loanee finished off a fine flowing move from Ryan Giggs’ side, on totaling around 17 passes.

Gareth Bale provided the assist before Wilson calmly slid the ball past Thibaut Courtois.

The hosts hit back ferociously with goals from Kevin de Bruyne, Thorgan Hazard and Romelu Lukaku sealing a 3-1 victory for the Red Devils.

Reds youngster Neco Williams also featured in the game, starting on the left for the Welsh and impressing throughout the game in his adjusted role.

The goal was one to savour even in the face of defeat.

It was a slick finish.

It was a fine move from the Welsh.
