Liverpool haven’t been in their best form this season. The international break has provided welcome respite for Kopites but some players haven’t enjoyed themselves so far. Liverpool star Gini Wijnaldum has posted a defiant message after the Netherlands were beaten 4-2 by Turkey.
Gini Wijnaldum
A leader for club and country, Kopites may not have much longer to enjoy Gini Wijnaldum.
The Dutchman is being tipped to follow his former national team boss to Barcelona.
His contract expires at the end of the season and the Camp Nou currently appears to be his most likely destination.
He will be sorely missed by fans who respect his determination and perpetual motion on the pitch.

Gini Wijnaldum on Netherlands defeat
This week saw the start of the World Cup qualifying campaign.
Gini Wijnaldum played the whole 90 minutes as the Netherlands fell to defeat against Turkey.
The Oranje were thoroughly bested by some spectacular and some less spectacular Turkish goals.
The game finished 4-2 with a hat trick from Burak Yilmaz helping the hosts to a memorable win, his last goal a stunning free kick.
After the game Gini Wijnaldum posted on Instagram, insistent that his side has to improve going into their next two games.
What RTK has to say
Looks like Gini just can’t catch a break.
The Dutchman is an important player for his country, under Ronald Koeman he was a dynamic presence in the midfield, frequently popping up in the box at the right time.
Hopefully he can turn his country’s form around, it’s always good to see our lads doing well at international level.
(However, congratulations to Ozan Kabak on a memorable win.)
