Liverpool target Raphinha
There have been a number of names touted as potential signings over the summer.
The need for strength in depth is evident, we need players who will push our starters.
Gianluigi Longari has claimed Liverpool want Raphinha from Leeds United.
The winger was signed for £17m from Rennes at the start of the season and he’s been a bright spark for Marcelo Bielsa’s side.
The Brazilian has scored five and assisted five in his debut campaign in the Premier League.
Leeds target replacement
Liverpool may have received a boost in their pursuit of Raphinha.
According to Deportes Cuatro, Leeds United want to sign Lucas Vazquez when his contract expires in the summer.
The Spaniard could well be Raphinha’s replacement.
It would be smart business by the Yorkshire club, they’d make a sizeable profit on the Brazilian and bring in his replacement on a free transfer.
Hopefully this is a good sign for the Reds.
