Liverpool have been on a poor run in the Premier League of late. The Reds are without a win in three after poor performances against West Brom, Newcastle United and Southampton. Their arch rivals have been in much better form, setting up a crunch clash at Anfield. Here is our predicted Liverpool lineup to face Manchester United:

Goalkeeper: Alisson Becker
The Brazilian is the best goalkeeper in the world, given our recent frailties he will likely be called upon this weekend.
Right back: Trent Alexander-Arnold
The Scouser is in a tricky patch of form. Injury and illness have made it difficult for the youngster to find his rhythm in recent weeks. He’ll turn up for the big game.
Centre back: Fabinho
The Brazilian is reportedly set to be given a new contract at Anfield as reward for his performances this term, hopefully he’ll show his worth again this weekend.
Centre back: Rhys Williams
The skipper dropped into defence last time out and we missed him in the middle as a result. Hopefully Williams is trusted instead so we can get Hendo back in the midfield.
Left back: Andy Robertson
Andy Robbo, published author, has been our player of the season so far. He’s a man for the big occasion.
Centre midfield: Thiago
The Spaniard made all the difference in the FA Cup. He’s going to make the difference again, we’re sure of it.
Centre midfield: Gini Wijnaldum
The Dutchman will boss the midfield with his work rate and strength, also sign the contract please Gini.
Centre midfield: Jordan Henderson
Fingers crossed we have the captain back in midfield. His leadership is invaluable.
Right wing: Mo Salah
Mo Salah has been wasteful in recent weeks. He’ll set the record straight.
Left wing: Sadio Mane
Sadio’s may not be in his best form at the minute but he’s never stopped working. Something will come off soon.
Striker: Roberto Firmino
The Brazilian is boss. He may not have been as boss as usual this season but it’s Man United we’re playing, he’ll do something special.
