Liverpool are in dire need of quality in depth. The Reds are currently resigned to using the same front three every week due to an injury to Diogo Jota as well as poor performances from Divock Origi. Liverpool should sign Patson Daka with the forward reportedly being offered to West Ham.
Who is Patson Daka?
22-year-old Zambian forward Patson Daka has been banging them in for Red Bull Salzburg.
Kopites will remember him for his impressive double against the Reds in pre-season.
This term he’s netted eight in eight with three assists in the Austrian Bundesliga.
Last season he banged in 24 goals in 31 appearances with eight assists to boot.

Daka offered to West Ham
According to the Sunday Mirror, West Ham have been offered the chance to sign Daka for £25m.
The news comes hot on the heels of the Hammers selling megabucks flop Sebastian Haller being sold to Ajax.
The East London side are in desperate need of firepower and Daka will be an attractive option to them given his goal scoring record and his young age.
Liverpool should sign Patson Daka
If the forward is indeed being offered around at £25m then Liverpool need to sign Patson Daka before a Premier League rival swoops in.
His goals to games ratio is incredibly impressive and given that he is just 22-years-old he’s only going to get better.
Divock Origi could be used as a makeweight, even if he isn’t we need to upgrade on our depth in attack.
At the moment the front three are being ran into the ground. We need a natural goal scorer to step in for Roberto Firmino when needed; Daka would be a much cheaper alternative to Erling Haaland.
