Alex McCarthy is set to miss Southampton v Liverpool after testing positive for COVID-19.

Alex McCarthy missing the Liverpool clash is a potential game changer.

Without him the Saints will be feeling vulnerable coming up against one of the most lethal attacks in the world.
They are also likely to face quite a few chances given that Thiago could well be named in the starting lineup.
