Liverpool are having to delve deep into the squad this season. The Reds have lost scores of players to the treatment table this term and as a result youngsters and rotation options have stepped up. Some have stood out, others have disappointed. One such underperformer could be heading out of the club soon. According to Voetbal 24, Club Brugge are considering Divock Origi for a January transfer.

Divock Origi rollercoaster
Few players frustrate more than Divock Origi.
The Belgian joined Liverpool in 2014, signing from Lille for £10m.
He was sent back to Lille on loan before a temporary spell at Wolfsburg.
When he returned his Anfield future was in doubt but he steadily began scoring huge goals.
He became a Merseyside Derby specialist and scored vital goals in the Champions League.
However, in between these massive strikes he’s been anonymous when given a shot in the team.
Club Brugge want Divock Origi
There have been suggestions that the striker will look to move on in January in a bid to earn a spot in the national side for the Euros this summer.
According to Voetbal 24, Club Brugge are considering a move for Divock Origi.
The Belgian outfit are said to be weighing up a January swoop for the Reds’ forward.
The report states that it is unclear whether the move would be a temporary or permanent one and it’s unknown which the forward would prefer.
What RTK has to say
Club Brugge taking Origi off our hands would be the best thing for all involved.
The Belgian isn’t performing to the right standard at the moment.
If he wants to break into the national side for this summer then he needs to be playing regularly and playing well.
At the moment he’s doing neither, his cameos have been wasted.
