Liverpool fans have had one transfer in their mind for a few years now. The Reds have been persistently linked with the same player and Kopites can’t shake the feeling that he might maybe just come to Anfield. In a boost for fans; reported Liverpool target Kylian Mbappe is allegedly ‘interested’ in joining the Reds.

Kylian Mbappe is truly the crown prince of world football.
The Frenchman is the Ballon d’Or hogger elect, ready to assume the throne when Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi pack it in.
Sure, there’s competition from Erling Haaland but with the Frenchman set to move to a super club in the near future he is sure to pick up the Ballon d’Or by virtue of winning a number of major trophies.
He is scoring a silly amount of goals for his age and he is only going to get better, and better, and better.
Liverpool target Kylian Mbappe ‘interested’
Speaking on the Transfer Window Podcast, Duncan Castles claimed that Liverpool target Kylian Mbappe is particularly interested in an Anfield switch.
Other destinations were also mentioned as potential avenues for the 22-year-old, Castles saying:
“The clubs he is particularly interested in moving to, Real Madrid, Barcelona, who both have financial issues, Liverpool, and also he’s told friends that he likes Manchester United.
“Now, can that be done this summer? Well, Manchester United, I think have the financial wherewithal to do it at anytime if they decide that that deal is the one they want to do above all others, they can structure a move like that.
“Mbappe would be a scale of transfer beyond anything FSG have done before.”

Sport recently claimed that Liverpool are willing to fight for Kylian Mbappe, citing a fee of £160m.
If he is indeed particularly interested in an Anfield switch then surely we could figure this one out.
It is Kylian Mbappe for crying out loud!
He is going to go down as one of the greatest the game has seen. If we can bag him now then we’ll have him for the better portion of his career, if we ever do sell him then we’ll demand a king’s ransom.
It is a no brainer. I’ll even chip in a tenner if it’ll help.
