The move would truly be a fantasy signing. The 21-year-old has been posting ridiculous numbers for PSG.
This term he has 10 goals and four assists in nine games in the league.
Last season he managed 18 goals in 20 league outings.
PSG want Lionel Messi
Le Parisien have claimed that PSG are considering a move for Lionel Messi.

Barcelona can’t afford to re-sign Neymar and they may not even be able to afford renewing Lionel Messi’s contract.
This means that if the Brazilian is to get his wish then PSG will need to sign Lionel Messi.
The Argentine will command enormous wages as there will be an inevitable bidding war when his contract expires in the summer.

If PSG do in fact break the bank to sign Lionel Messi then they would likely have to raise the funds from somewhere.
Liverpool could capitalise and sign Kylian Mbappe to help PSG fund a move for the ageing superstar Lionel Messi.
