The Reds have won both of their opening games this season. Liverpool take on Arsenal in their third test of the season. Mikel Arteta’s side have made great strides in recent months and have a good recent record against the Reds, however, we can’t take these games seriously due to the nature of the fixtures. Liverpool should breeze past Arsenal on Monday night, recent aggregate scores point to resounding victory.

Bizarre fixture list
Liverpool take on Arsenal at Anfield twice this week.
The Reds will be hosting the Gunners in the Premier League on Monday night with the visitors high off a late winner against West Ham United in their last league outing.
Whilst Jürgen Klopp’s men recent battered Chelsea in their own backyard, cruising to a 2-0 victory at Stamford Bridge thanks to a brace from Sadio Mane.
On Thursday night the two will do the same dance in the EFL Cup, a repeat of last year’s fourth round tie which saw a 5-5 thriller, including an injury time scissor kicked equaliser from Divock Origi.
Liverpool to batter Arsenal
Liverpool have beaten Arsenal in each of their last four league encounters at Anfield.
They haven’t just beaten them either, Liverpool have battered Arsenal in these games.
The four fixtures have produced an aggregate score of 15-3 to Liverpool, the hosts regularly coming out on top in commanding fashion.
For some reason the Gunners just can’t seem to get it right when they come to Anfield and we seem to love playing them on our home turf.
We can only expect more of the same from Jürgen Klopp’s side when the two sides meet on Monday night.
