With great ability comes great interest in your services, and great ego of course. Liverpool have been linked with Kylian Mbappe for eternity. There have been sporadic shoots of optimism throughout this alleged pursuit and we’ve just been dealt another boost – Marca have reported that PSG are worried that Kylian Mbappe could force a summer move away.
PSG first signed Mbappe in 2017, initially on loan before completing a €180m move the following summer.
The Frenchman has quickly established himself as one of the best footballers in the world.
He is certain to take on the mantle when Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi begin to fade.
The future Ballon d’Or winner has been having a terrific season in the French capital, he has netted 18 goals and bagged five assists in 17 starts, with three appearances from the bench.
In the Champions League he has an incredible five goals and four assists over four starts.
Now Marca have reported that PSG are worrying that Kylian Mbappe could force a summer move away from the French capital, with European giants circling the Parc des Princes.
What RTK has to say
Just make it happen.
If Liverpool signed Mbappe then Twitter would be in meltdown, The Reds would go on to win the league for a decade straight and we’d all live happily ever after.
However, whether or not FSG would be prepared to stump up the world record fee it would take to sign the Frenchman remains to be seen.
All we do know is that whoever bags him next would have him for the peak of his career, this will likely be his last big move for quite a few years.
