This Saturday sees Liverpool journey to Carrow Road to take on Norwich City. The game is set to be a one sided contest with The Canaries at the bottom of the table and The Reds 22 points clear at the top. Despite the polarised Premier League placings, we point out three Norwich players Liverpool have to stop on Sunday.
Teemu Pukki – Striker
Virgil van Dijk will be hoping to put a halt to any potential Pukki Party at the weekend.
The Finnish striker took the Premier League by storm at the start of the season, picking up the Player of the Month award in August.
Since his dramatic entrance to the league his goals have waned with just 11 in 24 but he remains a threat nonetheless.
Todd Cantwell – Midfield
Cantwell can play either on the left of midfield, in the centre of the park or behind the striker.
The young Englishman has been impressive for The Canaries this season, scoring six goals and notching two assists.
He loves scoring in big games, just ask Manchester City.
David Ornstein has linked Liverpool with a move for the 21-year-old, we will need Fabinho to grab ahold of his shirt to stop him finding space between the lines.
Emiliano Buendia – Right wing
The Argentinian-Spanish right winger has been The Canaries’ main creative force this season, picking up seven assists in 24 games this season.
He is a tricky winger who is adept at beating his man and whipping in a cross.
Andy Robertson will have his hands full keeping the wide man at bay, thankfully the Scottish captain is the best left back in the world and should relish the challenge.
