Liverpool are having the season of their lives. The Reds are 22 points clear at the top of the table and are in a strong position to retain the Champions League trophy. Brazil legend Kaka has praised Liverpool but warned that it is difficult to repeat such a magnificent season.

At the minute The Reds are steamrolling all before them domestically.

Jürgen Klopp’s side are breaking records left and right and could be on course for the earliest title win in history – beating Manchester United’s 14th of April date by a solid month.

With their 22 point lead potentially being temporarily extended to 25 points with a win over Norwich after the winter break, pundits have been falling over themselves with praise for The Reds.

Brazil legend Kaka recently talked up Liverpool and Jürgen Klopp to Sky Sportska, saying:

“It’s good to see a team playing this way because it’s just one season.

“I am not saying Liverpool are bad but in a competition like the Premier League, it’s hard to have a season like this.

“It shows that Liverpool are in very good shape and have a very good coach and players. Jurgen is a pioneer coach. He’s not afraid to change and try something different.”

What RTK has to say

Kaka has a point in saying that Liverpool will find it hard to repeat their dominance next season.

However, we can’t put anything past Jürgen’s Mentality Monsters.

The boss has instilled a winning mentality in his squad and with further additions over the summer we can expect the lads to come back out fighting, the question is whether or not the rest of the Premier League will be able to keep pace, they certainly failed to this season.
