Former Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers has vowed to keep chasing Liverpool.
The Leicester City manager has his side playing amazingly well this season.
An emphatic 4-1 win against Aston Villa moved “The Foxes” within eight points of Jurgen Klopp’s side.
After picking up a club record eighth consecutive victory Rodgers promised to keep chasing Liverpool.

Speaking to the Daily Mirror he said. “I thought they were amazing, it is a historical day for the club and the performance warranted that. “It really does mean something special, it puts the team in the history books of Leicester City.
“We will just concentrate on playing as well as we can and with a performance level as high as we can. Wherever we are in the table we always look to chase the team in front of us, we look for us to keep pushing, keep fighting and keep developing. We will always do our best.”
The ex-Reds boss is not unfamiliar with title races. He worked under Jose Mourinho at Chelsea between 2004-2008.
After making a name for himself he joined Liverpool in 2014 and put together a strong side. They pushed Manchester City all the way in 2014/15 but infamously let it slip in the final few games of the season.
The 46-year-old has again quickly put together a seriously strong side. Once 5000/1 winners of the Premier League anyone underestimating Brendan Rodgers Leicester City side are foolish. They are Liverpool’s biggest challengers this season make no mistake about it.
