Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing Scottish wonderkid Bruno Davidson.
The Daily Record suggests the Reds are one of seven clubs currently pursuing the 15-year-old.
Leicester City and Celtic are believed to be the front runners to sign the player.
Any deal is far from done with Southampton, Wolves, West Ham United and Sunderland all claimed to be chasing the players signature
Bruno Davidson is a 15-year-old prospect currently playing for Edinburgh boy’s side Hutchinson Vale.
The versatile attacker can play anywhere across the front three and can also drop back into a deeper play making role.
Celtic scouts where reportedly blown away by his by the players technical ability when watching him perform. The Hoops must be considered favourites to sign the boy based on geographical location alone.
The Reds should be able to convince Davidson to sign should we want him.
Liverpool are the biggest interested club and can offer the teenager a route to stardom.
According to Football Insider Davidson has already had a trial with Liverpool earlier this season which could mean one of two things.
Either a deal is pretty much done if Davidson impressed during his short stint at Liverpool and the two parties are now arranging his move to Merseyside. Alternatively the Reds may have looked at the player and passed on the opportunity to sign him.
Either way it’ll be interesting to see where Bruno Davidson ends up and find out why so many big clubs are interested in his signature.
