The San Paolo stadium will see Napoli host Liverpool tomorrow. The Naples side currently lie in 5th place in Serie A after 2 wins and a loss this season. We take a look at our predicted Liverpool lineup to face the Italian team.

Goalkeeper – Adrian
Alisson Becker may be back after the October international break, for now Adrian has looked solid when tested.
Right back – Joe Gomez
Trent Alexander-Arnold played twice last week, featuring in England v Kosovo before helping Liverpool beat Newcastle. With a Sunday trip to Chelsea on the cards and Trent proving poor in defense at times, Jürgen Klopp will likely go with Gomez in the starting XI.
Centre back – Joel Matip
His form is showing no signs of faltering. The Cameroonian centre half is one of the best in the world at the moment.
Centre back – Virgil van Dijk
The indominible Dutchman. Big Virg never seems to break a sweat, he likely won’t be rested until Liverpool visit MK Dons.
Left back – Andy Robertson
Another man that shows no signs of fatigue. Andy Robbo is irreplaceable at the moment and will join Virgil in the starting XI until our trip to MK Dons.
Centre mid – Fabinho
The Brazilian‘s absence is glaring when rewatching Liverpool’s defeat away to Napoli last year. The defensive midfielder will be crucial in subduing the Italian threat.
Centre mid – Jordan Henderson
The England midfielder and Kop captain was left out of the team against Newcastle. Hendo was rested after a busy international break, he is certain to return to the Liverpool lineup in Naples.
Centre mid – Georginio Wijnaldum
The Dutch midfielder’s industriousness will be pivotal in winning the midfield battle tomorrow.
Left wing – Sadio Mane
The Senegalese winger grabbed 2 against Newcastle over the weekend. Expect him to notch again tomorrow.
Right wing – Mo Salah
The Egyptian was also on the scoresheet against the Magpies. He tore up Serie A before his Anfield move, he’ll be looking to score again in Italy.
Striker – Roberto Firmino
The man of the moment. Liverpool’s Brazilian striker has been unplayable recently. He will run rings around the Napoli defence.
