Liverpool reached the Champions League quarter-finals in impressive fashion on Wednesday after beating Galatasaray 4-0.
The Reds needed a big performance after losing against the Turkish champions last week, and thankfully they got it, immediately getting the Anfield crowd on side with an energetic display.
They’ll now meet champions Paris Saint Germain in the last eight, setting up a rematch of last year’s first knockout round. And as Liverpool fans look ahead to what will be a hugely difficult encounter, they do so knowing they’ll be able to count on Anfield for the decisive second-leg.

Second-leg of Liverpool vs PSG to come at Anfield
Owing to their placing in the top eight seedings in this year’s Champions League League Phase, Liverpool ensured that they will play both the last-16 and quarter-final second-leg at home.
That means that, just as they did last year, the Reds will head to Paris aiming to get a good result in the first-leg.
That meeting is currently scheduled for Wednesday April 8th, with the second-leg coming six days later on Tuesday April 14th.

The Reds now face a critical 10 days in their season, as they face Manchester City on April 4th in the last eight of the FA Cup.
Liverpool could not make home advantage count as they lost out to PSG last season, but as long as they can keep in the game when kick-off arrives at Anfield, they should still back themselves for what would be a huge win.
