Liverpool are being linked with a number of players going into January, with a new talent emerging as a potential option.
If they wished to do so, FSG could spend £100m in January and still have no concerns about PSR.
While they did already pay out over £400m in the summer, they may well have to splash the cash again for some reported targets.

Antoine Semenyo’s release clause, believed to be around the £65m mark, will become active at the start of next month.
Meanwhile, Marc Guehi remains an option after the Reds had a £35m deal rejected earlier this year.
Though said players are the most commonly linked names right now, other potential options are being mooted to make the switch to Anfield.
Liverpool transfer target Dara Jikiemi is ‘very talented’
Among them is Celtic youngster Dara Jikiemi, whom Lewis Steele has now said Liverpool have been scouting for a while.
Speaking to the Anfield Index, he said: “I can’t claim to know much about him. Jikiemi is it?
“Yeah, I don’t know too much about him at all, other than Liverpool have scouted him for a while.
“They’ve got a good relationship with Celtic after buying Ben Doak three or four years ago and then selling him on to Bournemouth. I presume Celtic got a little bit of a payday from that.
“This kid’s only 15 I think. So we’re not going to, he’s probably one of them that they’ll sign and then you won’t actually hear much about him for three years and then all of a sudden he’ll be tearing up in the UEFA Youth League or whatever. But from the few conversations I’ve had about him, he seems like a very talented lad.”

Who is Celtic youngster Dara Jikiemi
There is not an awful lot known about the teenager, which is expected given his age.
However, he is a natural centre-back and has already featured for Celtic at an U18 level despite being 15.
Jikiemi has also captained Scotland at U15 level.
Reports have suggested that he is now ‘heading to Liverpool’, but there has been no mention of how much compensation would be involved in a deal.
