Liverpool have been lacking options on the wing ever since they sold Luis Diaz, and the player who has been consistently linked with replacing him is Antoine Semenyo.
The Bournemouth winger was sensational last season and started this campaign well too, even if he has slowed down a little bit in recent weeks.
He has caught the eye of many, but specifically Liverpool, although according to TEAMtalk, Man United are keeping tabs on the situation.
They report that Man United do, indeed, have the money available to sign him, but they will assess the options closer to the time.
His release clause of £65m certainly makes him an attractive proposition, although Man United are unsure whether they can compete with Liverpool and convince him to join them instead.

Gakpo and Semenyo are just two players who Liverpool and Man United competed for at some point, with there being many others in recent years.
Defender Lenny Yoro was another, although the Reds could not offer him first-team football, while the Red Devils also looked at Darwin Nunez.
It is clear why they both want Semenyo, although Liverpool perhaps need him more, with the Ghanaian’s pace being exactly what they are missing.
Time will have to tell which club he ends up at, but it looks like one of them is getting extra bragging rights.
