Arne Slot has managed the Liverpool squad to near perfection during his opening months in charge.
The Reds have battled their way to 14 wins out of 16 games across all competitions and have done so by using a relatively small group of players.
Although supporters would at times have liked to have seen a little more rotation from Slot, the Liverpool head coach clearly decided on what he saw as his best XI very early into his tenure.
As he has been for much of the past seven years or so, Andy Robertson filled the spot on the left of the Liverpool defence.
However, Robertson’s position has come under threat in recent weeks, with Kostas Tsimikas making a real case to start instead of the Scotland captain.
And amid a feeling that Robertson could perhaps leave at the end of the season, pundit Darren Bent has predicted what Liverpool are about to do with their long-serving left-back.

Darren Bent predicts Andy Robertson replacement
It isn’t as though Robertson has not played this season. The 30-year-old has featured in 14 of Liverpool’s 16 games.
Only 10 of those appearances have been starts, though, which is a shift in the numbers from Robertson’s previous years at Anfield.
As a result, there have been signs that Liverpool may be moving on from their No.26.
And speaking to TalkSPORT on Friday, Bent said that while replacing Robertson was perhaps not an immediate plan, it would happen at some point soon.

“I wouldn’t say he is getting phased out, but obviously he has had a few injuries as well,” said the pundit.
“He is still vital for that dressing room, but I think at some point they will look to replace him.
“But what a servant! How much did they buy him for? One of the best left-backs we have seen in the last 10 years for seven million pounds.”
Who could replace Andy Robertson?
It should not be taken as read that Robertson’s days as a starter at Liverpool are numbered.
The Scot has been written off at times before and that’s when he tends to come out with some of his best football.
Nevertheless, there have been reports that Liverpool are actively looking at new left-backs.

Rousing The Kop understands that the Reds are gathering information on all three of Milos Kerkez, Rayan Ait Nouri and Jorrel Hato as potential long-term solutions for the position.
Kerkez and Ait Nouri are Premier League proven defenders who would look like more natural successors to Robertson.
It’s understood that Hato, meanwhile, is being looked at as a player who could fit in at both left-back and in the centre of defence.
