Liverpool’s academy is thriving right now. Jurgen Klopp’s first team is bursting with exciting young talent. Players who have stepped-up time and time again, and have played a key role in the club’s success this season, especially over the course of the last couple of months.

But it’s not just those youngsters who are in the club’s first team right now who have caught the eye. Others are making equally as impressive strides while on loan. From Tyler Morton catching the eye at Hull City to Sepp van den Berg making great progress in the Bundesliga at Mainz.

There’s also the likes of Luke Chambers doing really well at Wigan at the moment. Meanwhile, Fabio Carvalho has started to resurrect his own career at Hull City as well.

One player that has gone under the radar is Vitezslav Jaros, who was sent out on loan in the January window. Since going out on loan, he too has been in great form and has earned some important recognition in the process as well.

Who is Vitezslav Jaros, and how is he doing on loan?

Vitezslav Jaros has been on the club’s books since 2017. He has been regularly involved at youth level and was part of a Liverpool team that won the FA Youth Cup. Recently, he’s been out on loan several times in Ireland and League Two.

This January, he earned his most significant loan move, yet joining Sturm Graz in the Austrian Bundesliga. Here Jaros has not only been able to play regular football at domestic level, but he also caught the eye in the Europa Conference League.

As a result, he was called up to the senior Czech national team for the first time during the current international break. And the 22-year-old recently joined a press conference in his homeland to speak about his career so far. He also revealed that he keeps in regular contact with Liverpool’s goalkeeping coach.

“It’s hard to find a loan abroad and in Central Europe without an option,” Jaros said as per LiveSport. “Now it’s been successful for half a year. The plan was for a longer period. It’s the right step. It opened the door for me to join the national team. Moreover, I’m still in contact with Liverpool. After every match we call the goalkeeper coach, they keep watching me. They say they like it,”

Jaros is really highly rated and has done very well for Sturm Graz. He definitely has a bright future ahead of him. We don’t really know what the future holds in terms of Caoimhin Kelleher, but if he leaves this summer, then in Jaros Liverpool may already have a ready-made replacement.
