Didier Drogba has sent a message to Mohamed Salah on Twitter after Liverpool’s win against Crystal Palace.

The 31-year-old attacker made history after scoring his 200th goal for the Reds in a 2-1 comeback victory at Selhurst Park, with Harvey Elliott grabbing the winner late on.

And on Twitter, Chelsea and Premier League legend Drogba lauded Salah for his record-breaking goal, with the striker predicting six years ago that the winger would succeed at Liverpool.

Signed for £34m, Salah has been one of the best attackers in the world since making the move back to England via Liverpool, with the winger now a legend at Anfield.

And after hitting 200 goals in all competitions for the Reds, there’s no telling how far Salah’s legacy could now reach with Liverpool once he calls time on Merseyside.

Indeed, the Egyptian winger is one of the best attackers the Reds have ever seen in the Premier League winner, and Salah’s achievements have been nothing short of historic for Liverpool.

It might be something of an understatement to now say that Salah is a legend at Anfield after hitting 200 goals in all competitions for the Reds.

The Liverpool winger has been a revelation ever since signing for Jurgen Klopp’s side in 2017 and has only gone from strength to strength on Merseyside with the Premier League side.

And Salah is now nothing more than a legend at Liverpool, with the attacker’s reputation one of the greatest and most respected that any player has had in recent years with the club.

Whilst this might be the winger’s final year with Liverpool, Salah will depart Anfield a legend, with many fans holding a special place for the attacker already.
