Owen Hargreaves was left in awe over Alexis Mac Allister for Liverpool today in their dramatic 4-3 win against Fulham at Anfield.
The £35m summer signing from Brighton & Hove Albion finally found his way onto the scoresheet as Mac Allister scored a potential Goal of the Season contender for the Reds.
A brilliantly hit 30-yard screamer was no match for Bernd Leno as Mac Allister scored the second of what was to be four fantastic goals for Liverpool in their incredible victory against Fulham.

And speaking on Premier League productions, Hargreaves was full of praise for Mac Allister’s goal, with the moment absolutely perfect for the Liverpool man this weekend.
The former Manchester United and Bayern Munich star said when asked about Mac Allister’s wonder-hit: “This is what you dream of.
“To hit a ball like that when it just drops to you. And you are thinking ’right, bang!’. Technically, that is perfect. There was a little bit of a fade on it. That’s why you play. A brilliant goal.”
Alexis Mac Allister has finally arrived at Liverpool

Having arrived from the Seagulls this summer, a lot of Liverpool fans had high expectations of Mac Allister after his exploits for Brighton last season.
And after some more than questionable performances, supporters were finally rewarded today with what could be Liverpool’s Goal of the Season from Mac Allister.
The strike was as pure as they come in the Premier League, and for Jurgen Klopp, it could be viewed as a sign of vindication for starting Mac Allister so deep in central midfield.
Indeed, whilst it would be crazy to imagine the midfielder repeating his thunderbolt in another game this season, it’s a sign of how good Mac Allister can be when in the right form, and Liverpool fans can now start to believe that the Argentina has finally arrived.
