Richard Keys has now predicted Mohamed Salah to leave Liverpool at the end of this season, amid ongoing interest from Saudi Arabia.

Speaking on beIN Sports, the pundit made the claim that Salah will depart Anfield in 2024, with Keys saying: “Are we looking at him in his last year at Liverpool? I think the answer probably is yes.”

The £34m attacker has been strongly linked with a move to the Middle East next year, with Saudi Arabian clubs launching mega-money offers this summer to lure Salah away from Liverpool.

However, with the Reds rejecting every offer for the winger, there’s an ongoing belief that Salah will be allowed to leave Liverpool next year, with the Anfield side now having time to find a replacement.

Indeed, replacing the winger will be no small feat for Liverpool, yet there’s a good chance that a mega-money offer from Saudi Arabia could make the task that much easier for the Reds in 2024.

Replacing a player as symbolic as Salah will be one of the biggest challenges Liverpool must overcome in any transfer window in the last six years.

The attacker has become a legend at Anfield and a modern-day Premier League icon, and with the forward set to depart England for good in 2024, Liverpool have to get his replacement spot on.

Indeed, the Reds are likely scouring the world as we speak for Salah’s replacement, and whoever that player will be will have the almighty task of succeeding one of Liverpool’s best-ever players.
