Caoimhin Kelleher is reportedly content with staying at Liverpool having missed out on a summer transfer, with Tottenham rumoured to have been interested.
According to the Athletic, the Republic of Ireland international has not kicked up any fuss at Liverpool since the closure of the window, where Kelleher was expected to depart Anfield.
Valued at £20m, the 24-year-old reportedly had interest from the likes of Tottenham, Brighton & Hove Albion and Brentford, but Kelleher ultimately stayed at Liverpool.
With Liverpool kickstarting their UEFA Europa League campaign tomorrow, Kelleher is expected to make his first start of the season away in Austria to LASK.
And this competition could give Kelleher the platform needed to win potential suitors ahead of the January window, where the keeper might still be tempted to leave Liverpool.
Indeed, the Irish talent has the quality to be a starter for many top sides cross Europe, and performing in the Europa League will put Kelleher on the map for numerous clubs.
Liverpool will want Kelleher to perform in the Europa League this season
Kelleher is still very much at the start of his footballing career at the top, with the 24-year-old still having his best years ahead of him between the sticks.
And for Liverpool, they will want to see the Irish goalkeeper perform in Europe, with Kelleher aware that the Europa League will be a dream platform to get his name out there.
