Alexis Mac Allister has jokingly detailed how his new Liverpool teammates are teasing him due to his relationship with Jurgen Klopp.
Speaking to La Nacion, the Argentine international revealed that his some players for his new club have mocked him when around the Liverpool boss, with Mac Allister seemingly fond of Klopp.
The German manager was key behind Liverpool’s impressive swoop for Mac Allister early on in the summer transfer window, with the Reds signing the midfielder for £35m.

The former Brighton & Hove Albion star is on course to become a key part of Liverpool’s system in the years to come, and Mac Allister has already jokingly become a target for his new teammates.
The midfielder said: “The relationship is obviously 10 points, I just arrived and when you just arrive everything is easier and everything goes perfectly.

“But many of my teammates tease me because they say that he is my dad now. The relationship with him is perfect, he is a very charismatic person, who always tries to be close to the players.”
