West Ham are reportedly working hard to extend Jarrod Bowen’s contract amid rumours that Liverpool are interested in the winger.
According to 90min, the Irons are keen to keep hold of the England international after reports that Jurgen Klopp’s side are looking at Bowen as a replacement for Mohamed Salah.
Valued at £75m, Liverpool will likely have to break the bank to sign the 26-year-old forward, a transfer fee that will be increased if Bowen pens a new deal with David Moyes’ side.

With three goals already in the Premier League this season, Bowen has started the season in fantastic form, and it’s no wonder why West Ham are eager to extend the attacker’s contract.
Indeed, with Liverpool sniffing around, West Ham know they might be powerless to stop Bowen from leaving if an offer from the Reds was to come in.

Moreover, Liverpool might have no problem at all in matching West Ham’s demands for the attacker if Salah is to leave in a £100m+ deal next year amid interest from Saudi Arabia.
Liverpool have to stop West Ham from extending Bowen’s contract

Bowen has emerged as an early favourite to replace Salah at Liverpool, and the Reds need to do all they can to stop the winger from extending his stay with West Ham.
Liverpool is a clear improvement on the east London side for the 26-year-old, with the honour of replacing Salah something that might be too good to turn down.
However, Liverpool need to begin putting in the work now, with Bowen an ideal candidate to replace Salah for the Reds if the winger is to leave Anfield in 2024.
