Harvey Elliott has publically pleaded for Mohamed Salah to never leave Liverpool amid rumours that the winger could leave.
Speaking to the Liverpool Echo, the youngster begged the 31-year-old to remain at Anfield, with Elliott lauding Salah as an ‘unbelievable’ player.
The attacker has been strongly linked with a move to Saudi Arabia after Al-Ittihad came in with a late summer offer to sign Salah, one that Liverpool firmly rejected.

The Egyptian is a top target for the Middle Eastern side, and 2024 could be a year that sees Salah end his illustrious career with Liverpool in favour of a move to Saudi Arabia.
Yet Elliott is having none of it, with the midfielder saying: “Touch wood he doesn’t ever leave but if he does go then I want to be that person to learn from him and apply it in my game.

“Hopefully, as I say, he doesn’t leave and he’s here for the rest of his career. I will do my best [to keep him] but to be just learning from him and in the same team as him, is just a dream come true as well as everyone else in the team.”
Elliott has to do all he can to keep Salah at Liverpool

Elliott’s role as one of Liverpool’s most exciting young players is evident for everyone to see, and the midfielder should look to use his influence to keep Salah at the club.
It is pretty clear that the former Fulham wonderkid wants the winger to stay, and Elliott should be doing all he can to make this dream a reality in the coming weeks.
Indeed, Salah is arguably Liverpool’s most important outfield player, and Elliott will want to do everything possible to keep the winger at Anfield for as long as possible.
