Andy Robertson has praised Mohamed Salah’s conduct amid rumours that Saudi Arabia were interested in the Liverpool superstar.
Speaking to TNT Sports, the Scotland international lauded the 31-year-old winger and how Salah went about reports that Al-Ittihad were keen on signing the attacker.
Saudi Arabia this summer emerged as a real option for the Liverpool forward, with Salah expected to make the move to the Middle East in 2024.

However, the attacker was seemingly not interested in the slightest in making the switch this summer, with Robertson praising his Liverpool teammate over how he reacted to outside news.
The 29-year-old defender said when asked about Salah: “During the speculation, I thought he was superb on the pitch and there was a lot of talk outside it.

“Now that’s all done and dusted, I thought he put in a good second-half performance like we all did, first-half we all were not at it.”
Robertson will hope Salah rejects Saudi Arabia in 2024

With two assists yesterday, Salah remains as good as he ever has for Liverpool, and Robertson will be hoping that the winger rejects a move to the Middle East in 2024.
A January offer is expected for Salah from Al-Ittihad, and for Robertson and many Liverpool fans, there will be hope that the Reds can turn down the offer for the winger.
Indeed, Salah is one of the best attackers in the world, and Liverpool shooting down another attempt from Saudi Arabia for the winger will be a statement move that will win many plaudits.
