Trabzonspor are reportedly confident that they can sign Thiago Alcantara by tomorrow’s Turkish transfer window closing.
According to Fanatik, the Liverpool midfielder has emerged as Trabzonspor’s number-one target before the market in Turkey closes tomorrow night, though a deal might be difficult.
As per the report, Trabzonspor are willing to offer a fee for Thiago, though with Liverpool unwilling to sign a replacement, the chances of the midfielder actually leaving remain slim.

Signed for £25m from Bayern Munich, Thiago’s Liverpool career has been plagued by injuries, with the midfielder expected to leave for good next summer when his contract expires.
However, Trabzonspor seem eager to get a deal done now for the 32-year-old, and Liverpool’s resolve could be tested if an offer is made in the next 24 hours.

Indeed, the Reds might be willing to sell Thiago if Trabzonspor’s offer is good enough, though waiting until January might still be the best idea for Liverpool in regards to the Spaniard.
Thiago to Trabzonspor could happen in 2024

Thiago’s future is clearly away from Liverpool with the midfielder’s contract expiring next year and the former FC Barcelona star unlikely to be a starter when back from his latest injury setback.
And as a result, a move to Turkey could be appealing for the midfielder, with Trabzonspor a club that could be an ideal fit for Thiago.
The Black Sea side are one of the most ambitious sides in all of Turkey, and Thiago could feel at home in Trabzon alongside the likes of Nicolas Pepe and Mislav Orsic.
