Liverpool insiders reportedly believe that Ryan Gravenberch has the potential to become one of the best midfielders on the planet.
According to journalist Rory Smith, figures within Anfield predict the Dutch youngster to have the potential to become a superstar midfielder and a player who is as exciting as Jude Bellingham.
Smith said: “He has the talent, he was one of three players I think Liverpool had identified as potential generational-defining midfielders along with Bellingham and Tchouameni, which isn’t bad company to keep.”

Signed on deadline day from Bayern Munich, Gravenberch was once viewed as one of the most promising talents in all of Europe having come through at Ajax.
However, since moving to Bayern last year, the midfielder’s progress has stalled tremendously, with Gravenberch’s switch to Liverpool likely to get the 21-year-old’s career back on track.

And with Liverpool insiders now this confident about Gravenberch’s potential, there’s every chance that Jurgen Klopp will give the Dutch youngster time to find his feet again in the Premier League.
Liverpool might have landed themselves a coup in Gravenberch

Gravenberch’s progress might have stalled after one year in Germany, but given how highly rated the midfielder already is amongst key figures at Liverpool, the Reds might have landed themselves a coup.
The 21-year-old is clearly a player with significant potential, and at Anfield working with Klopp, Gravenberch’s true abilities could be unlocked.
Moreover, with minutes up for grabs, Gravenberch could be thrown into the starting XI sooner rather than later, with the midfielder ready for the challenge the Premier League presents.
