Former Everton midfielder Leon Osman was full of praise for Dominik Szoboszlai after the Liverpool midfielder’s fantastic goal against Aston Villa.
Speaking on BBC Radio 5 Live, the pundit was amazed by the 22-year-old’s strike that set Liverpool on their way to a convincing 3-0 win against Villa, taking the Reds into the top-four.
Szoboszlai was arguably the star of the show for Liverpool once again as the Hungarian international controlled everything in midfield, with the Hungarian quickly becoming one of Jurgen Klopp’s best players.

And Szoboszlai’s strike against Villa was something to behold, with the former RB Leipzig star impressing many with his sweet hit past Emi Martinez, including former Everton man Osman.
The pundit said: “Brilliant finish. He just hung around the edge of the penalty area and the deliver in was pretty decent, an out-swinger.

“It just went through the entire pack and he picked up the flight of the ball superbly. Lovely half-volley and a great connection with it. It is a brilliant finish and great start from Liverpool.”
Szoboszlai’s Aston Villa goal was one of Liverpool’s best this season

The season might only be four games long, but there’s no question that Szoboszlai’s goal against Villa is one of Liverpool’s best this campaign.
The playmaker arrived at Anfield this summer with a reputation of scoring world-class goals, and Szoboszlai’s first for the club did not disappoint in the slightest.
Few goals this season will top what Szoboszlai produced this afternoon against Villa, and the Hungarian will surely have more in the tank in the upcoming games for the Reds.
